The Dedina Lynn Smalls Scholarship Fund

The Dedina Lynn Smalls Scholarship Fund is a merit and leadership based scholarship that recognizes and awards students who are driven to excel in the classroom as well as on the athletic field. Students will be awarded the scholarship through application and a review process that assesses financial need, academic standing, outstanding leadership skills, and a spirit of sportsmanship. The scholarship is open to all students and will award small grants annually.

 

Founded in 2021 in honor of our founder's mother, Dedina Lynn Smalls, the scholarship perpetuates her legacy of a passionate love for life, family, and the common good of humanity. Teaching these values to her children so that they can become leaders and educators in the community was a driving point during the loving and generous life of Mrs. Smalls.
